Common questions before you start.

What training do inspectors expect to find?

To license the establishment, the rules ask for staff qualified for the activities they perform. The training policy is how the company demonstrates it: programme, content and records, covering the quality system, operational and administrative routines and the responsibilities of each role.

Is the training standardized or tailored?

Tailored. We start from the company’s actual procedures and operation, not from generic content, so the team knows how to apply the rules in its daily work. The format is agreed with the company.

Who should attend?

Everyone who performs or supervises regulated activities: production, quality, logistics, purchasing, sales and management, each at the depth their role requires. Leadership takes part because the quality system depends on decisions that start there.
