Common questions before you start.
Are veterinary products registered with ANVISA or MAPA?
With MAPA. Veterinary products and the establishments that manufacture, import, store, distribute or sell them are regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
Why must the establishment be registered before the product?
Because only an establishment already registered with MAPA as a manufacturer or importer, with a qualified technical officer, can obtain a product registration. The order of the steps sets the schedule.
Which studies does a veterinary product dossier require?
Safety, efficacy and stability reports and, for food-producing animals, the withdrawal period. We support the planning and documentation of efficacy, safety and residue studies.

A veterinary product to register?
We first check the establishment registration, the basis for product registration at MAPA.
