Common questions before you start.

Does a logistics operator need an AFE to store regulated products?

Yes. Storing, distributing and transporting medicines, medical devices, cosmetics or sanitizing products requires an ANVISA AFE for each product class, in addition to the local health licence. Each class that enters the warehouse brings its own authorizations.

Which Good Practices apply to logistics?

The Good Distribution, Storage and Transport Practices for the product class handled, with procedures, partner qualification, control of storage conditions and traceability as applicable, and certification where required.

When should the regulatory side of a new operation be sized?

During the commercial negotiation, before the contract: the licences required, the time to obtain them and the adaptation of the warehouse depend on what the client will handle. We carry out the feasibility analysis and the implementation schedule.

A new logistics operation to set up?

We size the project’s licences and technical activities while the commercial negotiation is still under way.
