Common questions before you start.
What is regulatory management and what does it cover?
It is the continuous follow-up of the regulatory obligations of your company and products: the calendar of licence, authorization and registration expiry dates, ancillary obligations, renewals and routine filings with ANVISA and the other authorities. The goal is that no authorization lapses and no request for information goes unanswered.
When does it make sense to outsource regulatory management?
When the company operates with several products, licences or authorities and has no dedicated in-house team, or when it wants predictable costs and a consolidated view of deadlines. It is also common for foreign companies that keep registrations in Brazil through a holder.
Does regulatory management replace the technical officer?
No. The legally responsible technical officer is still required by law for each regulated activity. Regulatory management organizes the routine, prepares filings and tracks deadlines so that technical responsibility is exercised safely.
